Product Description
The Discy-Pro is a **patented dual-sided on-bike disc rotor surfacing tool** (Patent No. 2026902886). It is designed to simultaneously surface both sides of a bicycle disc brake rotor while the wheel remains on the bike. The tool features replaceable abrasive pads and adjustable tension/pressure control. It is intended to be driven by a standard electric drill.
Important Safety Warnings and Risks
- The Discy-Pro must only be used with a variable-speed electric drill.
- Excessive pressure or force applied during use can damage the bicycle frame, fork, wheel, hub, rotor, or other components.
- Improper use, misalignment, excessive speed, or worn/damaged pads may result in uneven surfacing, rotor damage, reduced braking performance, or brake failure.
- Always follow the provided user manual (if supplied) and start with the lowest drill speed and lightest tension setting.
- Inspect the rotor, pads, and tool before each use. Do not use on severely damaged, cracked, or warped rotors.
- Use only in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask, gloves).
- This tool is for maintenance purposes only and is not a substitute for professional brake servicing.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, possessing, or using the Discy-Pro tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use the tool and return it immediately for a refund (subject to the seller’s return policy).
Assumption of Risk
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Discy-Pro, including but not limited to:
- Damage to your bicycle, wheel, rotor, or other components caused by excessive pressure, improper technique, or tool misuse.
- Personal injury, including cuts, abrasions, or more serious harm from the spinning tool, flying debris, or sudden brake failure.
- Reduced or impaired braking performance if the tool is used incorrectly.
- Any other property damage or consequential losses.
You agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether the tool is suitable for your specific bicycle and skill level, and for using it safely and correctly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Discy-Pro is provided “as is” and “with all faults.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer, distributor, and any related parties make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All warrranty claims must be submitted with a proof of purchase receipt with a date.
Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law where relevant), the manufacturer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of the Discy-Pro. This includes, without limitation:
- Any damage to your bicycle, wheel, rotor, or other property.
- Any loss of use, revenue, or profits.
- Any personal injury or death.
- Any other losses or damages, even if the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Discy-Pro, including claims based on negligence (ordinary or gross), breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

Proper Use Only
The Discy-Pro is intended solely for light surfacing of bicycle disc rotors by competent users. It must not be used for any other purpose. Misuse, modification, or use on non-bicycle applications voids any possible claim and increases risk.
